Fred, with over 42 years of experience in the construction field (or 33 years post-high school, as he jokingly puts it), is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Core Building Company. He oversees all aspects of construction activity, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
Fred’s passion for construction began early, working alongside his best friend’s father at the age of 10. His diverse experience encompasses custom homes, resort hotels, retirement communities, and large commercial projects.
Fred emphasizes the importance of understanding and appreciating the unique personalities and skillsets of team members, inspectors, and trade partners. He believes in fostering strong connections, allowing everyone to contribute at their best and achieve shared goals.
When Fred isn’t orchestrating construction projects, he enjoys connecting with nature through activities like hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping. He also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
