So much to do in the Treasure Valley!

And just as important, the people at this company are ethical, respectable, of high character and all-around great to work with. I highly recommend Core Building!

Bought my first home ever with Core Building and couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of work and level of service. Not only was it a scary experience to buy a new house, I was new to Boise, but Core created an amazing experience for my family. Then to add on, we had a few issues to get done within our warranties and Craig who oversees Quality Assurance was speedy, kind and such a Mr Fix-it!

Beautiful home, and Craig was outstanding to work with whenever we encountered any issues. He made sure it was corrected quickly and we love our home from Core!

My wife and I moved into our beautiful new Core Building Co home in June 2024. If you are considering a builder in the Treasure Valley I would highly recommend working with Core. I work in resort market real estate and construction so my expectations are very high. I have been extremely satisfied every step of the way with our new home. The quality and workmanship of the build is fantastic. My main contact during the process has been Craig McCarroll. Craig is a professional that does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that might come up. I can't say thank you enough to Craig and everyone at Core for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience.

One of the things I have found really great about Core Building is that their suppliers are very responsive to issues that come up in this first year of ownership.   Things just happen with a brand new home and each time when I have reached out to Core, they put me in contact with the appropriate supplier, who gets back to me within 1-2 days, depending on the severity of the problem.   So that is timing I can work with, especially for the number of homes Core is building at any given time.    Their Quality Control Person, Craig, is easy to work with and very responsive.   I could not ask for a better answer to situations that have happened.
