Cornerstone Series is available only in select neighborhoods and serves as our most budget-friendly option.

Quartz countertops in Kitchen and Bathrooms
2 Decorative accent walls and ceiling details limited areas.

Signature

Signature Series represents our
standard home package, offering
upgraded finishes compared to the
Cornerstone Series.

Alder or similar wood and paint-grade cabinetry, Kitchen and laundry, Kitchen is full height
LVP or engineered hardwood in great room and master with secondary rooms carpeted.
9' Ceilings
Bosch stainless steel appliances
Quartz countertops in Kitchen and Bathrooms, Full tile shower and surrounds
2-3 accent walls and ceiling details
Level 2 low-voltage and AV package

Signature Select

Signature Select Series builds on the
Signature Series with more upgrades to
finishes and design details.

Alder or similar wood and paint-grade cabinetry, Kitchen, Pantry and Laundry, Kitchen is full height
Panel-ready cabinet face integration of Bosch appliances or similar
Engineered hardwood and luxury carpet flooring in primary bedroom and at stairs and a bonus room (per plan)
10' Ceilings
Great Room Fireplace stone or tile to the ceiling
White interior and black exterior windows and doors, with a multi-slide door in the Great Room
Quartz on all counters with upgraded tile backsplash options, full tile shower and bath surrounds

Pinnacle

Pinnacle Series is our luxury home option, offering the highest level of finish and detail.

White oak or similar wood and paint-grade cabinetry including the pantry, office, mudroom or bonus areas
Hardwood and luxury carpet flooring in the primary bedroom and option for heated tile in primary bathroom
Panel-ready Thermador appliances or comparable models are standard
10+' Ceilings with premium accent walls, glass wall options and ceiling details
Black interior window trims, Multi Slide Door(s)
High-level quartz countertops are included, along with upgraded tile, wood, hardware, plumbing and lighting fixtures throughout.
