First 30 Days | Lot Hold, Plan Choice, Contracting

  • Choose your lot
  • Commit to a plan, finish level and price
  • Establish financing & sign your contract

Within First 60 Days | Engineering & Permitting Process

  • Engineering and permit process begins
  • It takes roughly 3-7 weeks for permits to get awarded
  • Hillside permits are up to 2 or 3 months

Within 90 Days | Selections & Interiors

  • Once Engineering and Permitting is started we can begin interior selections at the CORE Design Studio with out in house designers.

Within 90 Days | Foundation to Framing

  • All buyer decisions for structural items completed prior to excavation [Walls, windows, plan layout, plumbing and lighting locations etc.]

Months 3-5 | Construction and Pre-Close Check In

  • We can check in to confirm closing date at 90 days prior
  • Active construction site that requires permission for any visits with your buying agent and our selling agent.

Months 5-7 | New Home Orientation, Closing & Warranty

  • Learn, review warranty guidelines and celebrate your new home at a new home orientation prior to close.
  • Dedicated quality assurance manager
  • Warranty submission portal for 1 year post closing
