BreeAnn is the Controller at Core Building Company, a role that encompasses much more than just finance. With a degree in respiratory therapy, BreeAnn’s career path took an unexpected turn when she joined Core part-time, assisting with invoices. Six years later, she is an indispensable part of the team, managing accounting, submitting permits, and overseeing various office functions. Her strong work ethic and dedication have made her a cornerstone of Core’s success.

One of BreeAnn’s notable achievements is navigating the company’s growth from three employees to twelve, implementing processes that improve workflow and efficiency. She takes pride in Core’s ability to build quality homes across multiple price points, offering what other builders might consider upgrades as standard features.

Outside of work, BreeAnn is a devoted mother to two children. While she modestly claims not to have hobbies, she enjoys barbecuing, watching TV, and spending time with her family. Her dedication to her job extends beyond office hours, ensuring that Core operates smoothly and efficiently.
