Connor’s passion for residential construction grew through his early experiences in pre-construction and plan design. These roles gave him a holistic perspective on the homebuilding process, one that now guides his work as an Estimator at Core Building Company.

At Core, Connor draws on his background to create detailed budgets, manage costs, and foster strong partnerships with vendors and trades. His collaborative approach keeps him closely connected with the design, construction, and accounting teams, ensuring each project balances efficiency with craftsmanship. Known for digging into the details, Connor enjoys finding smarter, more streamlined ways to make processes—and homes—better.

Outside of work, Connor spends as much time as he can outdoors. He enjoys camping with his family, backpacking, and snowshoeing, as well as playing and watching basketball. At home, he loves playing games with his kids and making memories with his family.
