Grayson’s journey with Core Building Company began in high school, where he gained hands-on experience and developed a strong foundation in Core’s standards and values. Over the years, he has grown alongside the company, contributing to projects and deepening his knowledge of construction.

In his current role as Assistant Superintendent, Grayson works closely with the superintendent team to ensure the construction process runs smoothly and efficiently. He collaborates directly with Travis Perry to learn more about construction and development, while also expanding his knowledge by working part-time with CFO Rick Perez to understand the financial side of the business. This dual experience supports his pursuit of a Finance degree at Boise State University and provides him with a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and financial aspects of homebuilding.

Outside of work, Grayson enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He can often be found mountain biking and running in the summer or snowboarding in the winter, pursuing the same energy and focus he brings to his professional role.
