Josiah Bourland graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, bringing both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to his role at Core Building Company. His passion for building started at a young age, when he worked alongside his parents on home renovations and even the construction of their family home. This early foundation inspired his career path and continues to influence his dedication to the craft.

As Superintendent, Josiah is committed to overseeing projects with precision and care, ensuring that every detail reflects Core’s high standards of quality and design. His focus is on delivering homes that not only meet expectations but also create lasting value for the families who live in them.

When he’s not on the job site, Josiah enjoys playing golf, camping, and spending time with his family, embracing the balance of work, play, and meaningful connections.
