Shannon Daly brings more than two decades of experience in project management, design, and operations to Core Building Company. A fourth-generation Vandal, she attended the University of Idaho before continuing her education at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Originally from Seattle, Shannon has made Idaho her home, where she is raising her two daughters and carrying on a strong family legacy.

At Core, Shannon’s background in high-end residential remodels and customer experience shapes her process-driven approach. She leads with empathy, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.

When she’s not managing projects, Shannon enjoys cheering on her daughters at sporting events, skiing the slopes, hiking Idaho’s trails, and spending time on the rivers and lakes
