Bought my first home ever with Core Building and couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of work and level of service. Then to add on, we had a few issues to get done within our warranties and Craig who oversees Quality Assurance was speedy, kind and such a Mr Fix-it!

My wife and I moved into our beautiful new Core Building Co home in June 2024. If you are considering a builder in the Treasure Valley I would highly recommend working with Core. I work in resort market real estate and construction so my expectations are very high. I have been extremely satisfied every step of the way with our new home. One of the things I have found really great about Core Building is that their suppliers are very responsive to issues that come up in this first year of ownership.   Things just happen with a brand new home and each time when I have reached out to Core, they put me in contact with the appropriate supplier, who gets back to me within 1-2 days, depending on the severity of the problem.   So that is timing I can work with, especially for the number of homes Core is building at any given time.    Their Quality Control Person, Craig, is easy to work with and very responsive.   I could not ask for a better answer to situations that have happened.
